My initial consult with Dr. Hale convinced me he was the right dentist to help me with my special dental problems. He is very knowledgable and took his time explaining details about a sleep apnea device and a night guard. His dental assistant, Caesar, also took his time with me and was very good.

Hopefully this dental practice will be the answer or at least a solution to my issues with obstructive sleep apnea. I’d gone to 3 other “dentists” who claimed they specialized in the appliances for patients with this issue. I learned the hard way but am in the right place! This was my first time at this dental office, as I recently moved from Coral Springs in SE Florida. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the office was easy to work with. They even reached out to my old dentist to collect my x-rays.
The Hygienist did a solid job with my cleaning. Overall it was a great new patient experience and I would highly recommend this office. Dr. Hale has earned my trust as a professional and I’m not the first to recognize this as he has been serving Naples for over 20 years.

Oh my where do I start!!! My grandmother always told give tribute where its due!! When I tell the office team is awesome!!! I would love to work there if I was in the dentistry field. Recently I had a root canal by Dr. Hale and I was very anxious. I have always had a sense of fear and anxiety going to dentist. I have a severe gag reflex and having work done is usually difficult and nerve racking! I couldn’t believe when I was finished as I didn’t feel a thing and not even the Novocain! I didn’t even gag! Wow, I have to say I’ve never had such a sense of relief knowing that I had such a good dental experience!The staff is very professional and very understanding of my fears and we’re so comforting! Reference relating to Dr. Hale DDS.
My experience developed as I was attempting to cut my dental cost. I researched through my insurance company and was recommended to several DDS. In my area. I made an appointment due to costs cuts in insurance coverage. I had two new crowns installed and the crowns were giving me severe pain and discomfort As I reported back to the DDS On various visits. At no point did I get relief after returning four visits. I went back to my former DDS as he was gracious enough to take me back. He repaired my offset in my bite and a chip on another tooth. I would highly recommend using Dr. Hale at Smiles by Hale for any dental service you may need.-Jane O.
I went to a teeth cleaning this morning which I always dread. However, there was no need for it, as KEVIN did a wonderful job. It was the best experience ever. He even numbed a very sensitive tooth beforehand. I highly recommend them.
